PPMG近期论文速递
近期,我们课题组连续发表了三篇论文。 课题组博士生李志诚在增材制造领域顶刊《Additive Manufacturing》上发表论文《Toward additive manufactured crack-free NiTiCu shape memory alloys with low-hysteresis and tailorable phase transition behavior supported by theoretical design》。在本研究中,通过结合CALPHAD和机器学习方法设计了一种新的具有低滞后和两步马氏体转化的NiTiCu合金,用于激光粉末床熔变(LPBF)技术。提出了一种基于LPBF技术制备的具有期望相变行为的无裂纹NiTiCu形状记忆合金的有效路线图。 课题组硕士生曾令洋在一区期刊《Journal of Materials Research and Technology》上发表论文《Achieving simultaneous improvement in strength and ductility in Al–Si–Mg–Ce alloy through synergistic morphology modification of eutectic(Si) and Al2Si2Ce phases by Sr addition》。本研究首次发现,在Al-Si-Mg-Ce合金中加入Sr后,共晶(Si)的形态可以从枝晶转变为细纤维,而块状的Al2Si2Ce相可以取代细长的针状相。此外,Mg沿(Al)/Al2Si2Ce界面偏析,Sr集中在Al2Si2Ce相的内部。添加Sr对共晶(Si)和Al2Si2Ce相的协同形貌修饰,同时提高了Al-Si-Mg-Ce合金的强度和延性 课题组博士生马飒在一区期刊《Journal of Nuclear Materials》上发表论文《Quantitative phase-field simulation of Pu oxidation at low temperatures through a pragmatic strategy for coupling with thermodynamic and diffusion descriptions of stoichiometric compounds》。这篇论文开发了一种实用的策略来耦合相场模型与热力学/动力学描述,并将其应用于定量描述Pu的复杂氧化过程。模拟了Pu在423K和473K条件下氧化过程中的微观结构演化,成功预测了各种氧化物的厚度曲线,为Pu相关材料的储存和保护提供了理论支持。此外,该实用策略普遍适用于复杂氧化过程的定量模拟。
